OUR TEAM

Thierry Forget, WINEMAKER

For over 4 generations, the family has grown and produced a full range of champagnes. Following in the footsteps of Eugène, Paul, and Edmond, Thierry Forget is currently the Head of the Champagne house. He is a certified Oenologue, having graduated in 1988 from the Faculté of Oenology at Reims University.

ONLY GRAPES GROWN AND PICKED ON THE FAMILY ESTATE ARE USED TO MAKE OUR CHAMPAGNES

As a ‘récoltant manipulant’ (grower producer) i attach particular importance to the fact that only grapes grown and picked on the family estate are used to make champagnes which are much in demand.

une qualité constante

From the harvest right through to the moment of bottling, each step of the wine-making is carried out entirely in-house to guarantee constant quality for each and every one of our champagnes which i am please to sell.

CLUB TRESORS DE CHAMPAGNE

As a member of the CLUB TRESORS DE CHAMPAGNE since 1973 and of the Confederation of Independent Wine Makers since 2001 we are committed to ensuring that the champagnes that bear our name are of the highest quality and authenticity.

Small stainless steel tanks

There's something new in our cellars! We've recently introduced small stainless steel tanks, each holding 320 liters. They're perfect for micro-vinifications and are 100% made in France 🇫🇷

Why are these tanks so special? They increase the contact surface between the wine and the lees, giving the wine more volume while preserving its freshness, especially for our whites.

They prevent the lees from settling and optimize their deposit, making cleaning and maintenance easier. These stainless steel tanks can be used for ageing, full vinification and micro-vinification.

The stainless steel barrel is also easy to clean, thanks to its removable lid, which provides full access for cleaning.

This removable lid allows the stainless steel barrel to be used for maceration of small quantities of black or white grapes.
